The Americana/Folk Concert Series is held at Columbus Mennonite Church, 35 Oakland Park Ave, Columbus, 43214 

2022-23 season; there is NO preregistration or proof of vaccination required. Masks are recommended (not required).

Donation: $15 general public; $10 CFMS members & students; under 12 free.

2023 FESTIVAL FUNDRAISERS

Additional 2022-23 season fundraisers may be added; WATCH THIS SPACE!  

Most, if not all, fundraisers benefit the Columbus Folk Music Society’s annual Central Ohio Folk Festival held the first weekend in May.  The festival now attracts over 9,000 folks over the two-day weekend.

A show with Music + Humor! 

A unique mix of folk music and humor! Mary will lead off the show with her hilarious observations about everyday life and situations, followed by Mike and Mary performing an engaging variety of well-known folk/Americana songs.

Bill Cohen’s Valentine Concert

A celebration of ALL things Valentine’s Day with Bill Cohen and friends. Songs from the 1940s, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond about the ups and downs of romantic love.  Plus, fun trivia questions and ALWAYS some surprises. Additional details to follow in coming weeks.

Woody Guthrie Tribute

An afternoon featuring Columbus based performers showcasing Woody Guthrie tunes and songs by made famous by other folk music icons that were inspired by Woody.  Among them: Bob Dylan, Pete Seeger, Phil Ochs, and Malvina Reynolds. 

VENUE: Nocterra Brewing Taproom & Beer Garden, 41 Depot St, Powell, OH. Seating outside in beautiful Beer Garden space. Food available.
